🕌 Ticket Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your ticket at any time before your scheduled visit, including on the day of the visitno questions asked.

  • All cancellations are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds are issued in a timely manner and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

🛍️ Museum Store Returns (If Applicable)

  • Merchandise purchased from our store may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
